Chase Design Celebrates 16 Years of Creating Success!

Posted on: February 11th, 2016 by Aaron Nabus

Chase Design is very thankful to turn 16 this year!

Time sure does fly!

16 years ago, in 2000, Hugh Jackman unsheathed his claws as the mutant loner Wolverine for the first time in the movie, X-Men, where his character learned the value of teamwork.

The Los Angeles Lakers were crowned NBA champions, winning the first of what would eventually become a “three-peat”

The New York Yankees won the MLB World Series, defeating their cross town rivals, the New York Mets, in five games.

Santana collaborated with Rob Thomas and won the GRAMMY for Best Song for “Smooth.”

And…incredibly, even with sour events of uncertainty (such as the bursting of the Dotcom bubble), a branding and consulting agency was started by Chris Chase – and was fortunate to not only survive the year 2000, but was also able to enjoy sixteen sweet years (and counting) of creating success.

Of course we couldn’t have done it alone…so we would like to say a huge “Thank YOU” to all the clients we have collaborated with over the years.

We’ve done some amazing things together. Here are a few examples:

Nation’s Triathlon

In 2010, Chase Design collaborated with Events DC to help brand Nation’s Triathlon – America’s premier triathlon, based in Washington D.C.

This not only resulted in a Guinness Book of World Records for “The most participants in a single triathlon race of international distance,” but most importantly, raised $3 million for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Palomar Health

Palomar Health, located in San Diego County, California, is Southern California’s Largest Healthcare District. Chase Design created a logo and branding manual that was used to re-brand Palomar Health in 2011 and resulted in First Place for “Best Logo Creation / Brand Identity at the 2012 HCC (Health Care Communicators of San Diego County) Awards.

In addition to being a source of branding solutions for Palomar Health by designing business cards, stationary, indoor & outdoor signage, large format banners and marketing collateral, we have also been fortunate to also collaborate with Palomar Health’s marketing department to create a 10 time award winning magazine – The HealthSource.

Steve Clarkson Dreammaker

With a recent partnership with Adidas to be a brand ambassador, an appearance on 60 Minutes and a group of quarterback proteges that have made it into the NFL (Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Cassel, Nick Foles and Tim Tebow to name a few), Steve Clarkson is considered the nation’s preeminent coach of quarterbacks.  His own past experience as an NFL quarterback coupled with his extraordinary track record has lead him to continued success as a private coach and tutor for some of the finest quarterbacks at the professional, college and high school levels.

Chase Design has enjoyed a lengthy partnership with Steve Clarkson and continues to be a reliable source for branding solutions, whether it be with their website, social media graphics or collateral for the various quarterback camps that are held throughout the year and across the U.S.

James Lepanto

When James Lepanto, a motivational speaker and leadership consultant first contacted us, he was only looking for a logo and business cards. After an initial consultation, he decided to trust Chase Design to not only develop his logo and business cards but also a full fledged branding campaign that included photography, social media graphics, video and a website (which you can read about in his case study). Thanks again for the testimonial James!

You’ll probably notice that the word “collaborate” and “collaborated” were used quite a bit. Even the pop culture references used earlier were ones about teamwork. Why? Because it’s such an important part of creating success at Chase Design – we listen to your needs, formulate a plan with you and then execute it by creating great content (making sure to communicate with you every step of the way).

Here’s to 16 more years of creating success (with you)!

Let’s work together…call us today!
